How my work is structured

My work isn’t one single thing, and it isn’t designed to fit everyone in the same way.

Some people come to me knowing exactly what they want help with. Others arrive with a sense that something isn’t working anymore, but without a neat label for it. Some arrive because they feel stuck or unsure what’s next. Others because they’re living with ongoing uncertainty and trying to stay grounded in an increasingly unsettled world. Some are exhausted or overwhelmed after long periods of responsibility and care. Others are looking for support that takes difference seriously. A place where they are not asked to mask or translate themselves constantly. Instead of forcing everything into a tidy framework, I’ve shaped my work around how people actually arrive, no matter their background, identity, gender, sexuality, neurotype, ability, health, culture, or stage of life.

If you’re looking for coaching support:
Most people start with life coaching. I work one-to-one with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a turning point, and want space to think properly about what’s next.
→ Life coaching

If you’re a practitioner:
I offer supervision and group supervision for coaches and therapists who want thoughtful, grounded space to reflect on their work and the people they work with.
→ Supervision

If you’re getting a feel for my work:
Some people start by reading or listening, or by getting clear about boundaries before deciding anything at all.
→ Podcast
→ Articles

For anyone who prefers clarity before commitment, I have put together:
→ 7 reasons I’m not your coach
