It’s not just me.

A 6-week group coaching course for woman and non-binary people who are exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing and holding everything together.

Let’s explore the stories, reactions and habits that shape our lives, and how to finally interrupt the internal spin, head first.

A symbolic view inside a washing machine drum, evoking the feeling of being trapped in an exhausting loop of people-pleasing and overthinking.

There’s something really powerful about a group of thoughtful people getting together and realising:

“Oh! It’s not just me.”

So many of us are walking around reacting to life in ways we don’t fully understand until we slow down enough to properly look at them.

The conversation you replay for three days afterwards.
The panic after pressing “send” on an email.
The constant habit of checking with everyone else before you trust your own intuition.
The way you say yes before you’ve even checked whether you actually want to.
The guilt that appears the second you rest.
The pressure to keep everybody happy.
The paradox of being capable and absolutely overwhelmed at the exact same time.
The way you can know something logically yet still react emotionally.

A lot of these patterns make perfect sense in our lives: It’s how we adapt, stay safe, liked and needed. But over time, they can quietly start running the show and we realise they are just the ways we’ve learned to cope.

Let’s be honest.

Just being human can sometimes be absolutely exhausting.

The last thing you need is another ‘fix-it’ course where you’re expected to emerge six weeks later as a perfectly regulated person. So I have created this group space for the honest conversations we rarely have out loud. We’ll be looking at the themes that keep pulling you back into the same exhausting loops, so you can finally understand why you react the way you do and spend more time actually enjoying your life.

What we’ll explore.

  • overthinking and self-doubt
  • emotional reactions and triggers
  • people-pleasing and perfectionism
  • guilt, resentment, and boundaries
  • values and identity
  • emotional habits and coping strategies
  • and how all of this shapes the way we move through work, relationships, family and everyday life

Why the group format?

The power of group work is realising you’re not the only one finding life can be hard sometimes. You hear somebody describe a thought, reaction, fear or habit you’ve quietly carried on your own, and suddenly things start to make a bit more sense. Humans understand themselves through other humans. We always have.

Everything changes when you enter a space where you don’t have to pretend you’ve got it all sorted, and everyone is just honest about the messy, complicated parts of being alive.
