Our sessions made me address my past head on. I’ve realised the only thing holding me back is me and that my beliefs and the reality were not the same. Now I understand myself better I can address these things. At first, our sessions were exhausting, I’ve never thought so much. It was as though someone had turned on a light and I could see what I was doing clearly.
