For most of you, you probably woke up this morning and soon after, brushed your teeth.

And this evening, before you go to bed, you’ll brush your teeth again.

I bet you didn’t even think about brushing your teeth, did you? You just did it. On autopilot.  Brushing your teeth is so easy, you could do it standing on your head (although not recommended).

Why is it then, that something as boring as brushing your teeth twice a day is totally possible for you, and yet when it comes down to, say—eating vegetables twice a day—it feels totally impossible?

It might be that you keep trying to eat more vegetables each day or exercise three times a week or start saving money or stop necking so much wine each evening, but something happens, up there in your brain, and ooooof before you know it, you’re back at square one, scratching your head and wondering what the hell is wrong with you.

There’s nothing wrong with you.

You’re human.

99.9% of people struggle with the same shit you do. You know, stuff like:

Finding it hard to get motivated.

Struggling to stick to things you say you want to do.

Procrastinating like a master.

Feeling pumped up and LET’S DO THIS! for 2-3 days, and then…….just not feeling itanymore.

Being so sure that this time, this time! will be the time you really get it together and become one of those people who can turn down the second slice of cake or say no and mean it or mediate regularly or eat healthier or make decisions or push through, even when things get difficult or overwhelming and all-in-all, really live their life.

Are you nodding your head right now? Does this sound like you?

Let me tell you something: You are one of thosepeople.

You have everything you need to do the things you want to do.

I mean think about it, you’ve got pretty good at sitting on the sofa, watching television and putting things off til next Monday or for years, right? And so I think it’s safe to assume that you also have what it takes to get pretty good at doing less of that stuff too.

Thing is, you just don’t know how. Because sitting on the sofa and doing nothing has become a bad habit.

Until now, that is.

Starting February 2016, I’ll be working closely with 5 people in a weekly group session via Skype to get to grips with their bad habits, and blaze the way for new, life-changing, air-punching habits instead.

There’ll be less falling off the wagon and frustration and more getting you into action, using tried-and-tested techniques to help you create long-lasting habits in your life.

Habits that become as easy as brushing your teeth.

Book your space here.

When does it start and for how long?
The sessions will take place on Tuesdays at 7.30pm GMT for 4 weeks. The first session starts on Tuesday, 1st February 2016. Each session will be 60 to 75 minutes long, so plan to get comfy. (Tea and wearing your favourite pyjamas highly encouraged.)

How much does it cost?
£100 for the full 4 weeks.

Do I need to know what I want to change before the first session?
Yup! Although if you don’t, you can hop on a free 20-minute call with me to explore your options and get clear on which habit change will make the biggest difference in your life.
