I’ve been thinking a lot about 2015 over the last few days.

I’ve been thinking about what I want from the year ahead – how I want to feel – and what I absolutely want to achieve, and I’m guessing you have too, right?

Often, on the cusp of the New Year, we start with a list of goals, a bucket list, or resolutions, and, well, while I know that goal-setting and bucket lists and resolutions can be incredibly powerful (and have personally helped me to make some HUGE life changes), I also know that sometimes we don’t even know what we want or where to start and, because of this, goal setting can be really overwhelming. I mean, how can we set goals and write bucket lists and make resolutions that are powerful and meaningful, and most importantly, that help us to get our shit together and get on with the things we’ve been wanting to do for so long, if we don’t know what we WANT from our life in the first place.

And so, with this in mind, I’ve made something else for you instead. Something for you to listen to when you have a quiet moment. Something to help you get absolutely clear about the year ahead and where you want to go, so that you can start making decisions and setting goals or making New Year’s resolutions – to get you there.
